Our coaching programs are designed to help you straighten your profile, plan your career, and help you stand out in the job market. You can access the coaching program by finding a suitable coach. We recommend you book an appointment with our consultants first as they will help you with the selection of the right opportunity and coach. They will also guide you with the best practices and outline the roadmap of your coaching.
To find a coach, navigate to the ‘Coaches’ page on the Academy website by one of two methods:
- If you are on the Oriental Career website, you can choose the ‘Find Career Mentors’ link under ‘Talents’ in the top navigation menu:

This will take you to a page where you can find certified coaching mentors to guide you through the job search and profiling process.
You may select specific coaches by using the filters seen above:
- Service
- Coach Level
- Sector Specialty
