THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

Join the company analytics group & be a part of the Bottomline analytics team. The team enables hundreds of people at TIER to work data driven on a daily basis while providing insights into our assets, tools, spare parts, transports, safety checks, efficiency and many more. With this we build the backbone for a sustainable business and support a safe environment for our riders and employees
Fostering data literacy in different departments at Tier like Market, Supply Chain by having a comprehensive understanding of the data sources at Tier
Ability to manage and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders with varying levels of analytics knowledge and challenge them in setting up business metrics
Be the owner of creating and maintaining dashboards and help relevant teams to understand the performance and impact of their decisions
Empower people with data driven decisions through useful and actionable analysis insights
Share your knowledge on latest visualization trends and advanced analysis techniques with other fellow data analysts
Help with prioritizing data requests within the team by having a broad understanding of the company strategic goals

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of experience working as a data analyst preferably in the field of Supply chain or Operations.
Proficient in advanced SQL skills able to analyze and derive insights with most efficient SQL considering the underlying data warehouse and data volume
Skilled in visualization tools like Looker, Tableau with an understanding of the underlying data structures
Possess strong analytical and critical thinking to be able to understand, communicate and challenge the business use cases and scope of projects
Passionate about data and continuously upgrading your knowledge and sharing it with the other team members
You have a positive thinking and a solution oriented mindset and be able to define processes and structure for unstructured data
Experience with Python and statistics is a huge plus
