XBOSoft (xbosoft.com), an IT outsourcing company with an engineering center in Beijing, China, is looking for a sales and marketing manager who will be responsible for promotion and sales of XBOSoft’s software quality assurance services and solutions. In this position, you will work closely with potential clients (in the USA and Europe) to understand their needs while also collaborating with our technical team (in China) to ensure that we propose viable and valuable solutions and services.
- Participate in planning and executing appropriate marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in Company’s online marketing efforts supporting demand generation.
- Measure and track sales leads, sources, methods, effectiveness, and results.
- Process received inquiries, respond to prospective clients via email, set up initial phone calls with prospects to:
- Lead proposal development.
- Finalize and close sales.
- Develop continuing relationships with clients that are won to expand work while ensuring we are delivering on existing contract statements of work.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Native English language skills are mandatory, Chinese language skills are nice to have but not necessary.
- Hands on experience in proposals, lead client presentations, pricing & contract negotiations.
- Computer science background, or experience in a technology company.
- Working time dependent on location (either China or USA): Both flexible, adapting to client time zone when scheduling meetings and other collaboration requirements with the engineering team.
- 5 years work experience with a strong desire to learn and improve.
