An initiative by the German Chamber on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the bilateral relations between Germany and China (2022)

Your responsibilities:

Project Manager to support Future.50 Campaign work of the German Chamber of Commerce in China, including the following tasks but not limited to:

• Support Partner acquisition (nationwide), including contract management
• Close coordination with external agency for PR & Communication
• Reviewing and editing texts and material before publication in English and Chinese
• Coordination of national and regional government roundtables together with the Chamber’s government affairs teams
• Support organization of Sino-German Awards Gala
• Other tasks supporting the Project Lead of the Future.50 Campaign

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Media, Social Sciences, or another academic field relevant for this position
• Demonstrated prior experience with contract management and/or project management
• Excellent writing and editing skills, prior experience with the editing of text and social media content
• Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and good networking skills, ability to teamwork across different departments and offices
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; structured work approach and high attention to detail

Possibility of further employment will be assessed towards the end of the contract and is depended on availability and budgeting situation
