Manager, Sales Systems at
Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve Salesforce capability and functionality? To ensure success as a Sales Systems Administrator at, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application administration skills, managing a team and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Administrator can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
Administrate customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Manage daily support and maintenance of Checkout Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud), and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements
Able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, Support teams and Salesforce developers to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of configuration, testing and deployment
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to change requests, issues and company objectives, 
Interact directly with internal teams and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces and customized applications
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, workflow automation and more..
Provide technical support integrating and maintaining 3rd party applications, such as Document generation app, DocuSign, FormAssembly, Connection to the Marketing & Sales applications.
About you
Salesforce Administrator Certification 
Minimum work experience: 4 to 5 years in Salesforce Administration roles and 2 to 3 years in Salesforce Support roles
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products (especially Sales and Service Cloud)
Proficiency in Appexchange and 3rd Party application integrations with Salesforce
Proficiency in the knowledge of: Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Native and MySQL 
Self-motivated, proactive and provides creative solutions
Requires Minimal supervision at work
Methodical and pays high attention to detail
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Service cloud consultant certification
Other Salesforce certifications will be a plus
Knowledge of Data and Analytics applications such as Tableau CRM 
Knowledge of Pardot or other Marketing applications
