Your Role


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the business development with the main target to understand the customer needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value to the business. You will be the main contact person and will represent the main customer needs in our organization.


Your Responsibilities


  1. Directly responsible for Key Account Customer
  2. Plans and executes Key Account Strategies
  3. Monitor and improve sales development of the existing product range
  4. Proactively identifies new business opportunities and services. Present and introduce new product solutions and services.
  5. Organize regular review meetings with the customer for aligning and updating on customers priorities with offering continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
  6. Controls monthly sales and profitability figures and create a forecast for the following months. Plans immediate actions in case of deviations to the plan.
  7. Participation in various relevant product fairs to spot new product opportunities.
  8. Participation in relevant supplier -and factory visits to develop new products in coordination with the customers
  9. Coordinate the development of new products with internal departments (product, purchasing, quality, finance) and suppliers as well as the product departments of Würth companies
Requirement:Your Skills and Experiences

  1. Successfully completed an academic degree
  2. You are having a hands on mentality
  3. Strong Communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with key influencers within the Key Account organization
  4. High Customer Orientation
  5. Strategic mindset in proactively effective long term solutions for the key accounts and delivering continues improvement
  6. Willingness to travel and visit suppliers and Key Accounts (National / International)
  7. An entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  8. The job includes elements such as purchasing, product development and sales. It is not a requirement that you have held positions in all these areas, but your experience and skills in relation to these areas are important.
  9. You are good at finding and communicating solutions to both product, technical and business challenges.
  10. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement
  11. You are very well versed in English (writing and speaking)
