To contribute to this strategic goal, develop and deliver clear and compelling content for current and potential investors regarding the firm’s strategy, past financial results, and expected future financial performance. Engage firm leadership to ensure maximum impact by tailoring firm-wide messages for the investment community, and drive investor targeting while responding to investors¡¯ requests. Lead analytical efforts to provide insights for leadership regarding equity valuation, competitor results, and equity market performance.Responsibilities:Fundraising Prepare marketing materials and data room Manage the fundraising process, from identifying potential investors and advisors, running the diligence process, to allocation and legal close Respond to due diligence questionnaires and create/update the Firm¡¯s due diligence materials Maintain the investor relations CRM system and streamline the pipeline process for potential investors and fundraising protocols Improve the overall fundraising process (tools, technology, general process, etc.) Develop new investor relationships for our General Partners Identify, build and develop appropriate potential new relationships for the firm¡¯s General Partners Educate potential new candidates on the firm¡¯s investment strategy by developing new marketing collateral for the General Partners to use Maximize the value of investor events in which the General Partner attends by evaluating the conference, generating target lists and develop fund marketing materials Account management of existing investors Work closely with the Global Marketing team to prepare and distribute investor communication materials, including quarterly newsletters, performance updates, and other Firm/investments updates Ownership of the co-investment process for our Global Flagship Fund portfolio companies Engage the firm¡¯s Managing Partner and General Partners where appropriate to help maintain relationships Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, timely, professional and accurate interactions with investors Oversee content development for the firm¡¯s annual meeting Continue to measure and monitor our relationship wit

Job Requirement

Possess excellent communication skills and are able to simplify complex strategics into format receptive to specific audiences Ability to build, develop and maintain a strong working relationships Minimum of 4 years¡¯ experience in a similar capacity Minimum of 3 years¡¯ experience in management consulting Minimum of 3 years¡¯ managerial experience Master¡¯s degree in Business, Finance, or other related field
