About this job:Core Target & Mission

1. Our organization includes “marketing & sales company and service BU (Business Company) + technological R&D and manufacturing supply chain (Automation Company)”. The main responsibility of this position is oriented to Business Company, requiring in-depth insights and understanding on the strategic positioning, business model, organizational structure, organizational capabilities, and talent requirements of the organization;

2. This position needs to have close and seamless communication and connection with the management and operation team of Business Company. At the same time, it needs to participate in the coordination and integration of the system to empower the comprehensive resources of the middle office (human resources, finance, digital) to promote and realize continuous increase, optimized talent structure, talent development and growth, and the achievement of key strategic performance;

3. Establish the work philosophy and execution culture of “highly synergy, common growth, and joint control” with HR talent development and recruitment team, performance and motivation team, talent learning and development team, and internal empowerment partners of business departments

Requirement:Candidates need to fully understand the market positioning, technical products, target industry and other related basic backgrounds of our brand (see company introduction, corporate website, and official website for details), and be clear about the service objects and goals you need: a full-function marketing company +Service BU, please evaluate your past work experience, as well as the degree of match and willingness to the position;

a. Work experience and education are not decisive factors, only for reference: 5-8 years; undergraduate degree; both male and female are welcomed.

b. Have a stronger interest and motivation to participate in full-function marketing companies and platforms (compared to manufacturing factory operations), and be familiar with the marketing organizations, business models, organizational capabilities and operating mechanisms in related industries.

c. Have good critical thinking skills, keen on optimizing and transforming traditional human resources.

d. We prefer candidates with diversified interests and hobbies, love to learn and absorb cross-function knowledge.

e. If your previous studies and professional development are also cross-function, or your early work is not in the HR field, please refer to requirement d.

f. You have enthusiasm for communicating with people, be good at finding the brilliance of human nature, the shining point of talent. You always work out your own methods and ideas to deal with challenges.

g. You are open to travel activities in different regions, and has a strong willingness and ability to adapt to environmental changes.
