The People Global Unit (GU) is working to constantly build and champion an environment where innovative and passionate people can do their very best. The People GU consists of the areas of Human Resources, Global Workplace Services, Company Strategy Operations and Program Management Office. The unit consists of just shy of 400 employees across the globe.
We are looking for a senior HR leader and operationally savvy person to lead our Global HR Specialist team as well as supporting the People Constituents Managers and employees with both strategic and operational HRBP matters. The HRS team is organised to provide global support to the organization through first line support as well as process development, system ownership and project management.
What you’ll do
You will lead a small team of HR Specialists (HRS) based in Sweden, UK and US, be accountable for leading global projects and HRS processes as well as aligning our team with the labour legislation in all regions where we operate.
You will make sure that we deliver outstanding regional HR support to our employees across the world and also for the global HR Operations processes.
Together with the HR Lead Team you will be planning and following up on the People GU’s long term and short term priorities, making sure we use our resources wisely.
You will be working closely with our different partners outside of HR like legal, payroll, accounting, financial planning & analysis, internal control, office management, travel, IT-support and others to make sure we do things efficiently and with awareness of risks but with a clear focus on making the employee experience as exciting and flawless as possible. This requires you to be a strong influencer and not let bureaucracy take over as well as questioning the status quo, always striving to improve and simplify.
You’ll be the business owner of our HR software and work closely with our HR insights team to lead our data advised approach. This role is based in Stockholm or London and reports to the Head of HR for our GUs.
Who you are
You are a senior HRBP/Generalist with global experience from many different parts of HR as well as excellent knowledge in corporate governance
You have previously worked as Head of HR or Head of HR Operations
You possess leadership skills to help your team grow, develop and innovate.
You are a critical problem solver who can tackle large business issues and communicate reliably
You have strong influencing skills and can inspire team members to work toward joint objectives and accomplish key goals
You demonstrate solid verbal, written and oral communication skills
Outstanding ability to forge positive relationships and collaboration with partners
Demonstrable ability to execute autonomously and lead sophisticated initiatives with minimal oversight or direction
Self-starter with a shown ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
You have a deep understanding of operational and process improvements that impact quality, execution, and deliver continuous improvement
You have an eye for processes efficiency and optimization
You have an ability to set objectives, goals and prioritize work appropriately, with strong organisational ability
