THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

You will lead the way towards impacting our tender win % in all our markets, with strong insights that have the ability to persuade city & regulatory officials to enable TIERs operations with the acquisition & retention of markets we pursue
The insights you produce with your team will also impact our City NPS & relationships with them. Designing the open data strategy & visualisation platform together with our public policy team, you will foster trust & enable a successful transition to more sustainable modes of mobility
Responsible for the organisational development, structure, vision & strategy of the City Analytics group with the ability to design for multi-market / regional insights
You will design processes & solutions that will impact Time to Actionable Insight as a metric of success & enable the fastest possible insight for your stakeholders
Functional accountability to impact & improve the employee engagement of your group
Foster & develop analytics & data leaders & make the most impactful bets with a strong prioritisation & strategic planning framework
Lead the company towards strong decision making in accordance with your understanding of the KPI tree and the success metrics that impact it most
Strategic review of the results of the initiatives of the City x-functional group (Product, Engineering & Business) with C-level & Senior Leadership
Annual planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics in a hands on role as an analyst, engineer or scientist
2-3 years of experience in leading a team of analysts, scientists and engineers ideally with a focus on insights for multi-market / regions, economic & public policy or geo-spatial data visualisation
A degree in computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similarly quantitative discipline
An MBA or MSc in Management is a bonus
Process optimiser & strategist who has the ability to create large scale impact with constraints
Skilled in stakeholder management & the ability to run an effective engagement at C-level & Senior Leadership (Directors / VPs+)
Good understanding of data systems & architecture at scale & the problems associated with the same
Prior experience with tender processes & interactions with government bodies a plus
