What you get to do in this role:
As a Business Operations Manager with the Procurement team, you will support Spend Management business processes, drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights and automation. You’ll be at the forefront of Spend Management business operations and process transformation, enhancing Splunker and Supplier experience. Our team is rapidly reinventing the way Spend Management systems are modernized, processes optimized, and benchmarks redefined. We are now looking for a hardworking and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be an integral part of our data-centric culture.
Embedded within Finance organization, understand business process synergies and drive process and operational efficiency to deliver predictable outcomes.
Lead/manage business operations and data analytics programs.
Act as Product Owner, define data analytics requirements, design and acceptance criteria, working with application development team(s) to evolve stories and accepting in an agile environment.
Be a trusted advisor and change evangelist, effectively partnering with, and consulting functional leaders.
In order to be successful in this role, we are seeking:
8+ years of experience in spend management business operations and/or data analytics roles.
Good understanding of Spend Management business process and operational components – Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management & Accounts Payable.
Analytical and strategic thinker with experience solving problems using data and providing proactive insights to support business decisions.
Advanced knowledge of Tableau, Celonis, SQL, SAP (ECC & Ariba) reporting.
Experienced at articulating value propositions and delivering presentations to functional partners across levels.
Passionate about Splunk platform and embody Splunk culture.
Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), MBA (desired).
