As the Benefits Manager, AMER you will partner with our teams and vendors to bring benefits programs to our growing employee population! Reporting directly to the Head of Benefits, you will work on different projects to help us build, maintain and expand offerings that are authentic to our values.
The impact you will have:

Manage our US and Canada benefits programs, recommending improvements to create a great employee experience and support our talent strategies
Manage and scale our outsourced Leaves of Absence program and work with People Partners on complex leave issues
Lead plan renewals, program design review, and annual enrollment
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory and compliance requirements (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA, PFL, discrimination testing, etc.)
Partner with People Operations to promote efficiency and scalability of our programs
Develop communication plans for program launches or changes including events, email campaigns and managing content on our benefit portals
Work and build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure plans operate smoothly
Partner with the benefits team on global benefit projects, such as launching wellness initiatives, from design to implementation including modeling, project planning, communications and training
Coach and mentor other members on the benefits team

5+ years of experience with US and Canada benefits, including time-off and leave of absence management
Experience building and refining benefit programs and processes that provide an exceptional employee experience within a high-growth company
