| About this job: | - Compilation of technological quotes, processing evaluations for our machining centers;
- Programming and testing of NC-Programs for customer’s work piece;
- Use NC programming CAM software for example UG, NREC or Hypermill;
- Develop, prepare, deliver qualified answers to customer’s wishes and inquiry;
- Preparation and realization of test-process’ on customer’s work piece during offer phase, initial presentation of new technological solutions;
- Preparation and realization of pre-acceptance in the company and final-acceptance at customer’s site;
- Preparation and realization of exhibition tasks (demonstration work piece, including technology and NC program);
- Execution of Programmer- and Operator training on our CNC machining centers to customers.

| Requirement: | - Completed training as Mechanical Engineer;
- Experience for programming and debugging 5-axis CNC machining centers;
- Knowledge on machining of aero engine, aero structure and avionic workpieces desired;
- Distinct knowledge in the field of machining – manufacturing technology;
- Significant professional experience in NC programming; Siemens Control 840D System and Fanuc 31i;
- Experience for Cutting-tools and used for ferrous – and nonferrous metal;
- Good command of English;
- Non-restrictive willingness to travel.
