更に10倍、100倍と国内外のユーザー数を伸ばしていくために、Yay!のユーザーグロースを牽引するプロダクトマネージャーを今回募集します。

また、開発メンバーの増員に伴い、プロダクトの改善やユーザーの要望に応えた新機能開発をよりスピーディーにできるチーム体制に移行していく過程にも関わっていただけます。Web3やメタバース関連のトピックに興味がある方を探しています。

We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead the growth of our Yay! product. Our plan is to exponentially grow the users and expand and attract overseas users as a Japan-originated SNS.

As we are expanding our numbers, we are aiming to create focused teams that will allow us to rapidly tailor our products and add new features that are requested by our users. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a similar interest in pioneering product development for Web3/virtual worlds.

お任せしたい仕事内容/Responsibilities:

• Yay!ユーザーやVIPユーザー数を伸ばすための企画と開発チームのリード
• 新規ユーザー獲得の機会最大化と効率化
• ミッションに沿ったプロダクトのロードマップ策定と実行
• 部署を横断したプロダクトマネジメントやKPIの設定
• 開発チームのタイムマネジメント
• ユーザーインサイトの深い理解と改善に向けたゴール設計
• Lead the planning and development of the Yay! Product (to increase users or to increase VIP users)
• Identify opportunities for user growth to maximize efficiencies to acquire new users
• Create and manage the roadmap to match the product vision
• Write clear PRD’s and work with cross-fuctional teams including developers, marketing and designers to improve KPI and communicate with the users to optimize experience
• Lead and deliver features for Yay! in a timely manner
• Have a deep understanding of users and identify the metrics for continuous improvement
